Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed on lomi.com between Nov 1- Dec 31 can be returned until Jan 31. Return shipping is free (as always).

Online Purchase Returns

  • If you purchased your Lomi directly from us (pela.earth/lomi.com) you can return Lomi within 30 days of receiving your purchase with proof of purchase.
  • If you are entitled to a return, we will cover the return shipping and refund your purchase price. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that these refunds can take 5-10 days to appear.
  • If 30 days or more have passed since you received the unit, we cannot offer you a refund or return. You are still eligible to be covered by the 1 year limited warranty/happiness guarantee which covers warranty replacement, but does not qualify for a refund.

Retail/Stockist Returns

Lomi's purchased from a retail store are subject to that store's return policy and can no be processed through our online return portal.

Lomi Consumables

Consumable items (LomiPods, Lomi Filters, Blends) are non-refundable at this time.

Troubleshooting

Sometimes, things don’t work out, but sometimes we just need a little help!

  • If your Lomi Earth output is too wet for example, consider taking a peek at our FAQ support pages or speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives for a solution (we have them!).
  • If you have any issues with the machine itself, we provide maintenance and replacement due to wear and tear (including replacement parts!). Learn more about our Warranty here.

How to Make a Return

  1. Submit your claim
    Click on Submit a Return for you country. You will be directed to our Returns portal where you can log in with your Email Address and Order Number.
  2. Pack your item(s)
    Securely package up your item(s). please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
  3. Send your package
    Once you submit your claim, you’ll be given a Shipping Label to print or present at your chosen drop off point.
  4. Receive your refund
    Once your package is shipped off to us, we will refund you to your original method of payment. Please note that these refunds can take 5-10 business days.

Warranty

  • Lomi comes with a standard 1-year warranty
  • Active subscribers get unlimited warranty coverage
  • The warranty applies should your Lomi have a manufacturing defect in the product material or workmanship within the stated Warranty period.
